Let's hit 70 and exceed last year's D7 Championship attendance! Cedar Point Yacht Club will be hosting the District 7 Championship, Oct. 4-5, For one low registration fee, you get two days of excellent racing and a Saturday party. Register for the District 7 Championship.   US One Design is also offering charter options. You can go directly to the US One Design website or contact  trisha@usonedesign.com. Oktoberfest, October 12th, at Hyannis YC, Hyannis, MA Hyannis Yacht Club will be hosting its annual Oktoberfest regatta on October 12th. Come for the racing, stay for the potluck and social afterwards! (As a bonus, you’ll get some practice sailing at next year’s North Americans Masters venue!) Register at: https://theclubspot.com/regatta/kmVz8bUwkK District News Current D7 Grand Prix Standings as of Sept 30   I am happy to report that 88 ILCA sailors have competed in one or more D7 Grand Prix event this season, and the biggest event is yet to come. After his performance at the CT D7 Grand Prix Regatta hosted by Niantic YC, Grayden Mott has taken the lead for the first prize of a free tuition to the International Sailing Academy in Mexico, a $2,600 value!!. However, with the big numbers signing up for the D7 Championship next week, it is still anybody's game. 1st place will gain over 60 points!  A special thanks to the Niantic YC team. They stepped up to host a new D7 regatta. It was well attended and well run.
